Ryan and Mica began this journey with one goal in mind; To provide quality housing at the most affordable price possible. 

This vision quickly evolved when they saw the reality of things. 

We were in the thick of Covid lockdowns when this seedling of an idea sprang to life. It interested us that a lot of the conversation from friends and family was to take off to blocks of land and live unencumbered.

The reality is simple, the cost of building is huge and a family with two income streams are/will struggle with the interest rates on a traditional home.
